  1. Hi Tony and Chelsea, Could you maybe add a category next year for "Adventure Travel – Photo/Video": A general purpose camera that's rugged/waterproof/dustproof for those of us that hike/camp/bike/canoe in dirty and wet environments (think extreme sports type stuff) etc etc?? I bought a GH5 a few years ago for it's combination of size and video/photo abilities. I would love to hear your thoughts on the current hardware combinations that are available. Cheers!

  2. I Have Your Photography Buying Guide & Stunning Digital Photography Books,I Shoot Inshore Powerboat & Jet Ski Racing. Sony A700 Sigma 70-200 2.8 & 100mm -300mm F4 I Also Have 1.4 & 2.0 converter,s.The A700 Shoots 5 Frames A Second Looking To Upgrade To The Sony A77 As It Shoots 12 Frames A Second,Is The Sigma 50-600 Sport Lens A Good Bet.

  3. Does anyone have the same problem that I have with Toni Talking so Fast?? I can't Keep up with the Guy!! I Love his Show and all of his knowledge He is the Best that I Have Heard Bar None! Oh I Almost Forgot His Wife She is So Awesome!! Don't Tell Toni I don't want His Head to Swell!!

  4. honestly cud-dos for recommending a 10 year old camera like the d800e. a beast in 2021 as well. for situation in witch you can control light,or landscapes.

  5. no sony or any other major brands. canon lovers video. (never used canon) gave away my nikon d750 and thinking about getting sony, but lens and body so expensive… less selection too.

  6. I shoot a Nikon D7500 with a load of cheap glass. Even so I guess it is the firmware in the photographer (me) that needs upgrade more than the equipment. I actually sold my Tamron 18-50 F2,8 and now uses mainly the Nikkor 18-300 F3,5-5,6 lens as allround.

  7. How 'bout a Nikon D850 in a crop mode with a Nikkor 500 mm f/5.6 and a 1.4x teleconverter? That's a 500 x 1.5 x 1.4 = 1,050 mm of reach … touch to beat if you can afford it. BUT we all know that the main purpose of this video was to promote Tony's books and websites… Actual good cameras and lenses take 2nd place 😉

  8. if going nikon and want 70-200mm get used gen 1 or 2 70-200mm nikon any sigma 70-200 or gen 2 tamron 70-200mm since most or all gen 1 lenses will have issue if you upgrade to mirrorless down the road
