  1. I got up really early to make this video – I hope it encourages you to get out and create cool video content with your Nikon DSLR.
What was your favourite part of the intro? Leave your comments and feedback below.

  2. Thanks for sharing this video I learn now how to make quality video I enjoy watching without skipping so many ads cause you deserved and left 3 gifts see you around more videos

  3. Thank you so much, was really struggling with why my photos were not turning out as well in comparison to my Nikon 3200, despite being the Nikon 3500.
I am so grateful for your video

  4. I love this camera, I got it for Christmas but I still need to get us to it. Is there a way to record beyond the standard 20 minutes of video? Thank you for your video and recommendations.

  5. After I press the "i button" in live screen mode it will only allow me to change quality and mic settings, it skips passed the white balance and the setting to the right of the mic setting. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thank you

  6. I got the d3500 about a year ago for photographing small products for retail. Up until now I haven't used it for anything else, and certainly not video. As a keen skateboarder I thought I would now try and video some tricks with this camera, but I have no idea what settings to use. My plan is to buy the SLR Gorillapod, take the camera to my local indoor carpark, plant the camera in the corner of the carpark and record myself skating around. As I'll be on my own I guess the settings will be very different to what you used in your video; For one thing I need the camera to be focused on me while I'm not controlling it. I would be very grateful if you might advise the best settings.

  7. Hey Pual happy new year & I am really thankful for your guidance on d3400 still pics with 70-300 mm lens. They came nicely & looks bit professional. Wanted to get some knowledge in cinematic video shoot with d3400 . Also what would you suggest 18-55 or 70-300 mm lens to shoot a cinematic video. Do let me know if you have a tutorial video on the same.

  8. So to focus manual you use the ring and to move where the fouc area is you use the multi select tool can you move where the focus is during video?

  9. hello, I'm using this camera over 1 year and I really love it. But when it comes to filmmaking there's one thing that scratch my head: We know the Canon's log video mode is using for raw filming, is Nikon's Flat option equivalent for log ? or is it just changing color settings for filming low contrast like a preset ? I would be glad if you enlighten me 😀
