  2. I have huge problem of performance recreating this animation. I think this is because of the 500 span that the page contains. Do you have any idea how to fix this issue?

    This is great but, if you include any other content (a div, for example) it ends up bellow the effect (and out of the screen). I tried modifying the code, and I got this:

    All the elements must be wrapped in a container with these properties:


    position: absolute;

    width: 100%;

    height: 100vh;

    pointer-events: none;


    And all those elements must have a partially transparent background (for example):

    element 1{

    background: rgba(255, 255, 0, 0.5);


    element 2{

    background: rgba(255, 0, 255, 0.5);
