An easier way to do it would be to add an adjustment layer and then add the crop effect to that layer and spread it across the entire project.It is similar as far as execution goes but you maintain exact control of the ratio; for example if you want to change the aspect ratio later, you simply adjust the percent instead of having to replace the rectangles in the title layer.   2. While you are technically correct, I use cinemascope here as the generic term it has become to describe 2:35:1, 2:39:1, and 2.40:1 aspect ratios. Of course this isn't real cinemascope since we're not dealing with film or anamorphic lenses. I apologize for not being precise.
